We wanted to have a place where we can all update on how were doing, and for a place of motivation. If you have anything you want to share; upcoming 5k's, advice for beginner runners, or even on how well you did the night before. Anything to keep us motivated.

I ran 2 miles last night on the treadmill. I found a treadmill training guide on runnersworld.com it's a great website you should all check it out!
